Sherrie Barch is the CEO of The Furst Group and serves as an Advisor to Dinte Global Executive Search. She has helped boards and CEOs recruit, develop, and retain their leadership teams for more than 30 years. Sherrie’s expertise around leadership and developing effective teams has made her an in-demand partner for organizations across the U.S. and overseas.
Her forward-thinking approach to work was recognized when she was chosen to participate in the ‘altMBA” program designed and led by leadership guru Seth Godin. The intensive and exclusive program attracts executives from the likes of Google, Nike, Microsoft and Coca-Cola.
Sherrie co-founded Furst Group in 1991 and is a seasoned speaker and writer on leadership, diversity and healthcare. Her work has appeared in publications ranging from Modern Healthcare to Trustee magazine (part of the American Hospital Association). She launched NuBrick Partners specifically to assist organizations in leadership development and CEO and board services.
Her experience in executive search and leadership consulting enables her to provide sound counsel as she helps clients align their leadership teams. In healthcare, her decades of familiarity with both provider and payer organizations make her well qualified to tackle the convergence of these spaces as they relate to population health, quality and safety, and value-based outcomes.
Sherrie holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business communication from Western Illinois University.
