President
Sam Dinte serves as President at Dinte Global Executive Search. He has executed numerous search assignments spanning the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Contracting sectors giving him an in-depth understanding of the market and what qualities and characteristics to look for in candidates.
Additionally, Sam leads the day-to-day operations and strategic vision of the firm and is a member of the IIC Partners Board of Directors representing the Americas and a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) Americas Council.
Prior to Dinte, Sam worked at Avascent, a global Aerospace & Defense consultancy. Rising through the ranks to Engagement Director, he executed on more than 100 engagements, including transactions worth over $5B. He managed strategic growth projects, conducted M&A due diligence, and supported various capture efforts. As an expert in commercial aerospace, Sam has published several white papers and presented at industry conferences.
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Colgate University, where he graduated with honors.
