Paul Dinte, a native Australian, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Dinte Global Executive Search – a leading executive search, human capital, and advisory consulting firm founded in 1993. He built Dinte to offer clients expertise across all business sectors, specifically the aerospace, defense, intelligence, and health sectors.
From 2012 through 2015, Paul Dinte also served as the Global Chair for IIC Partners, a top 10 global executive search firm with 43 offices in 30 countries. Dinte has been an active member of IIC Partners for over 20 years.
As a global executive, Paul Dinte has worked across six continents in cities including Sydney, London, Stockholm, Bogota, Tokyo, New York, and currently Washington, DC. For more than three decades, Paul has specialized in providing expert senior executive consulting services to major organizations, including public companies, private companies, and PE backed organizations.
Dinte Global Executive Search is founded on a wealth of both personal experience and outstanding credentials. Before founding Dinte, Paul spent 10 years advising senior executives through consulting roles with KPMG Sydney and London, Warner Media in London and New York, and BDO USA. Paul earned his Bachelor of Commerce (accounting, finance, and information systems) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He also qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
