Haylee Nelson serves as a Director at Dinte Global Executive Search. She is part of the leadership team managing senior-level executive searches for companies in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Solutions (ADG) sectors including publicly traded, PE-backed, and emerging growth organizations.
Prior to Dinte, Haylee worked with McKinsey & Company, where she transformed firmwide Defense & Security hiring working with veteran, military affiliated, and cleared candidates. Prior to this, Haylee spent 5 years working with executive search organizations, Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds, where she worked with senior stakeholders within Public Sector & Professional Services to help place C-suite executives across the US. Haylee has been heavily involved in DEI and specialized recruitment efforts throughout her recruiting career and brings her expertise to a well-established organization with deep roots in government-driven markets.
Haylee is based in Washington, DC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Texas A&M University.
