Vice President
Christine Ford serves as a Vice President at Dinte Global Executive Search, focusing on executive search placements at the C-suite and board level across the commercial aviation and aerospace ecosystem.
Prior to Dinte, Christine spent five years leading commercial airline sales for Viasat/Inmarsat’s inflight Wi-Fi solutions across the Americas and global partnerships with Airbus, Boeing, Safran, and ThinKom to deliver new satcom terminal solutions for airlines. Before that she spent four years leading executive searches and assessments in the Aviation, Aerospace & Defense and Industrial practices at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates. She also previously led business development and strategy across the Americas for Ascend Flightglobal (now Cirium) driving new product development and digitalization to the market while providing a range of SaaS, aviation data analytics and consultancy solutions to the commercial aviation industry from OEMs and airlines to financiers, lessors, and MROs. Christine began her career with British Airways where she worked in Government & Industry Affairs, Global Sales, Operations & Leisure Sales.
She has a deep industry network and comprehensive experience working both as an operating executive and search professional. Having worked for private equity backed companies and through two M&A transactions she also has a strong understanding of what it takes to be successful in PE backed businesses and how to identify candidates who will thrive in those environments.
Christine holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School where she completed the Global EMBA Program.
