Things I Carry is a collection of tangible and intangible items that top executives on LinkedIn “carry” that positively inspire, challenge, and influence the executive when conducting business. As an executive search firm, many of our ideas and inspiration comes from creative and hardworking people both internally and externally. As a result, we believe the most important thing we carry is good company. The influence and good company of our clients, candidates, and advisors inspire us every day. Keeping good company helps us stay abreast of the dynamic marketplace, better advise clients and candidates, and continuously improve our practices and processes.
Staying abreast of the dynamic marketplace: One thing we love about executive search is seeing first hand the evolution of businesses and industries. We often have the opportunity to conduct searches for positions that didn’t exist 5 or 10 years ago. This consistent pace of change challenges and inspires us to develop innovative ways to find the top candidates. It also encourages us to stay ahead of the curve and advise clients as leadership roles grow and develop.
Better advising our clients and candidates: We are able to use our broad viewpoint of the market to advise future leaders how to grow professionally and leverage their skills for the opportunities of tomorrow.
