Fun fact people wouldn’t know about me: I was a competitive downhill ski racer in high school and placed in the Oregon state championships in 2008!
Had to renew my passport before going to: Northeast India for a study abroad experience. I took courses at a small university in a rural part of India at the base of the Himalayas. We traveled around the country while I was there and my favorite place was Darjeeling -the trip there was rough…8 hours in a rickety bus on winding hilly roads, but the views were spectacular.
Food trucks or take out? I like both, but my favorite thing to do is cook. I love coming up with fun recipes from only a few ingredients. I also recently discovered the meal subscription service HelloFresh and am loving it!
