Ms. Brandylyn Arredondo serves as a Junior Associate at Dinte Executive Search. As a Junior Associate, she conducts targeted research and market analysis, identifies top talent for C-suite level searches, performs candidate evaluations, and brainstorms and implements research process improvements in support of the Dinte Research Team. She currently performs market research for executive search assignments in various industries including the Defense, Aerospace, Intelligence, and Security markets.
In addition to her research responsibilities, Ms. Arredondo produces original monthly blog articles on topics spanning human capital development and talent management, industry trends, and aerospace and defense talent landscapes. These publications are disseminated across several media platforms for the senior executive audience.
Ms. Arredondo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Kenyon College.
Fun fact people wouldn’t know about me: I moved 10 times in my life throughout America and Europe and did research in two Latin American countries, Costa Rica and Bolivia.
Had to renew my passport before going to: I had to renew my passport on my way to Peru for an archaeological dig, volunteer opportunity, and lecture series. While we were there, the archaeologists ended up making a groundbreaking discovery and we got the opportunity to clear away what was potentially an Inca vantage point and lost parts of the Inca Trail.
